UnitedStar has more than 15 years experience in home appliance product development. At present, UnitedStar has a perfect internal structure and has passed the ISO9001 quality system of nearly 41,237 square meters of plant, which includes six workshops of hardware, motor,injection, painting,net cover, and final assembly. United Star has the most advanced domestic R290 mobile air conditioning production line, as well as an enthalpy difference laboratory.
United Star Industrial Group LTD.is a manufacurer with more than 14 years experiebce focusing on research and development,production for electric air cooling products.
In 2018, in response to European warming and the refrigerant act, we invested in 3 new portable air conditioner designs for our German client, which received praise and sold 1000 units annually in the first year.
UnitedStar established factories in Africa to reduce transportation costs and product prices, achieving a 11% price reduction and annual output of 800,000 fan sets through local assembly and Chinese-supported production of injection molding parts.
A well-known company in Mexico cooperated with UnitedStar to customize a stand fan that meets the needs of the local market, successfully meeting the personalized needs of consumers and achieving hot sales in the market.
Based on our experience, we designed a freely adjustable and high-volume fan for Thai clients, which became a hot-selling product with over 30,000 units sold in its second year of launch due to the hot weather and local customs of sitting on the ground.
Design New Portable Air Conditioner for German Clients
In 2018, due to the continuous warming of European countries and the introduction of the government refrigerant act(Government’s Climate Action Plan), the European portable air conditioner market will face a new shuffle. Because of this, our German clients who had cooperated with us for many years hoped that we could invest in the new type design of portable air conditioner.
So in 2018, we invested in 3 new designs and put into the production lines of portable air conditioner.
In the first year of the product listing, we received a lot praise of consumers.
Build Up Factories for Bangladesh Client
Bangladesh is located in the middle of Pakistan and India, and it is not outstanding in ceiling fan manufacturing. In 2010, one Bangladesh client proposed to establish a production line in the local area. In the early stage, it imported semi-finished products to Bangladesh for processing, and in the later stage, it introduced technology through China to complete production in the local area. From 2010 to 2013, United Star exported semi-finished ceiling fans to Bangladesh to complete the assembly. In 2014, due to the change of Bangladesh’s tariff policy, the government imposed a high tariff on the import of products. Due to the reserves in the early stage, this client developed and began to put a lot of equipment into full production. Finally, this client occupied a large market share in the local market.
Indian BLDC Motor Develop
India is one of the countries with the largest use of ceiling fans in the world. In 2014, due to the shortage of power energy in the Indian market, in order to meet the needs of the local market, our clients proposed to design an energy-saving and efficient ceiling fan. After the selection of 11 suppliers in China, based on our experience in hardware forming, electrical development and ceiling fan production, the client finally chose us as its cooperative supplier in China.
