1.2 Why does the wind noise fluctuate when I choose the ‘auto’ mode?
Automatic operation will change the mode and wind speed according to the set temperature and the current indoor temperature sensed by the machine, so the sound will also change when the wind speed changes.
Remote Controller
1.1 Why does the remote control not work?
A. The use range of the remote control is between 5-8 meters, and the receiver will be blocked by the wall, resulting in poor signal and unusable.
B. If the horizontal blades of the air conditioner are not opened, the signal reception will also be affected.
C. It is recommended that the user check whether the air conditioner is powered on;
D. Ask the user whether to use it against the air conditioner;
E. It is suggested that the user should change the battery
F. Ask the user to see if the three lights of the air conditioner are flashing. If the user is asked to unplug the power supply, try it after a few minutes (the voltage is unstable);
G. None of the above may be a problem with the receiver of the machine, and you can arrange for maintenance personnel to come to check.
1.2 Why is the remote control not displayed?
Firstly, the remote controller with display is LCD remote controller;
A. Check whether the battery is installed correctly and whether it has electricity.
B. Check whether it is poor contact, if so, the user can adjust the contact piece.
C. If it still doesn’t work, please arrange to send another remote controller to the user first.
D. Reissuance of more than 2 remote controllers still doesn’t work because there is a problem with the receiver of the machine.
1.3 What should I do if there is no response to pressing the remote control?
First ask the user whether the air conditioner is powered on (such as whether the running light is on), if the running light is not on, let the user check whether the next socket has power, or change a mobile socket to test whether the internal unit can supply air; If the running light is on, it is recommended that the user replace with a new battery; if it still does not work, please arrange to send another remote controller to the user.
1.4 The remote control of the air conditioner fails at night and can only be controlled by a manual switch?
