Refrigeration and Heating Problems

1.1 The air volume is small and the cooling effect is poor?

There are many reasons:

A. The indoor environment is too large, the external environment temperature is high, and there are many people in the room. The air conditioner is working at full capacity.

B. The power supply voltage is too low, causing the air conditioner to be difficult to start, stop after starting or the fuse is blown. It is recommended that the user install a power regulator.

C. After using the machine for a period of time, if the temperature does not drop, it may be that the air output from the air outlet is not large. This is because the air filter has too much dust, and it is recommended to clean the filter.

D. Improper adjustment of thermostat. E. Poor placement of the air conditioner will lead to uneven indoor temperature or poor cooling effect.

1.2 During the heating process, the indoor unit will stop blowing air for a while after running for a while?

This is the air conditioner defrosting. After the air conditioner has been running for a period of time, the outdoor condenser will accumulate thick frost and snow. If the frost and snow cannot be removed in time, it will directly affect the heating effect of the air conditioner. Therefore, when the air conditioner has been running for more than 40 minutes, it meets the defrosting conditions The air conditioner will start to defrost, and the indoor unit will generally stop blowing air during the defrost period.

1.3 The user sets 17 degrees, and when the air conditioner drops to 22 degrees, it will not drop again. Is the air conditioner cooling abnormal?

The user set 17 degrees is the temperature that the user expects to achieve. There is always a cold and heat exchange between the user’s air conditioner operating environment and the outside world. At a certain temperature, when the cooling capacity produced by the air conditioner is exactly equal to the energy loss between the room and the outside world, the temperature of the room will not drop again. At this time, the cooling capacity produced by the air conditioner is only enough to maintain the energy loss of the room. Users need to improve the cooling effect, and it is best to suggest that users improve the sealing performance of the room to avoid excessive energy loss between the room and the outside world.

1.4 The room temperature cannot drop, how to solve it?

Whether the room temperature can be lowered is not only related to the quality of the air conditioner, but also depends on the insulation of the user’s room, the degree of sealing, the area of the window, the orientation, the location of the floor, the number of times the door is opened, the number of people, and other electrical appliances and heat sources, etc. It can measure the temperature difference between the air inlet and outlet. If the temperature difference is within 10-13 degrees, there is no problem with the air conditioner. If the user does not accept such an explanation, the user can be advised to install the air conditioner in a smaller room or pay the price difference for a larger air conditioner.

1.5 How long does it take for the air conditioner to achieve the cooling effect?

It usually takes 5-10 minutes, but it also depends on the specific room structure and indoor airtightness, as well as the outdoor ambient temperature, which are related to the cooling effect of the air conditioner.

1.6 The air conditioner is not cooling right after it is installed?

There are many possibilities: (1), check whether the socket is in good contact; (2), whether the function setting of the panel is correct; (3), whether there is an obstruction behind the compressor (clothes, curtains, the machine is too close to the wall), causing Overheating and tripping; (4) The violent transportation pipeline breaks and leaks refrigerant (refrigerant). In this case, the machine can only be replaced, and no door-to-door arrangements will be made.

1.7 Why does it suddenly heat up in the case of cooling?

A. When the weather is extremely hot, when the air conditioner reaches or approaches the set temperature, the compressor stops, the fan of the outdoor unit is running, and the indoor unit sends natural wind. Because the outdoor temperature is high, the wind feels weak when sending natural wind. For hot air, users are advised to check whether the air conditioner is cooling after a few minutes;

B. Ask the user what mode is adjusted. If it is automatic mode, the temperature set by the air conditioner is higher than the room temperature, and the air conditioner will cool. If it is lower than the room temperature, the air conditioner will heat;

C. If there is no above situation, let the maintenance personnel come to check.

1.8 Why does the indoor unit stop sending hot air for about 5 minutes after heating for a period of time? Is something wrong?

This is because the outdoor unit needs to defrost once after running for about 1 hour. This is normal and will not affect the use of the air conditioner.

1.9 Turn on the cooling system for 5 minutes and then switch to heating?

4-way valve is not working properly (should not be switched);

2.0 The air supply is not smooth, the wind is not too cold?

A It has been used for a period of time, which is caused by the dirty air filter, and the filter should be checked and cleaned.

B The air inlet of the machine is blocked; move the machine away to avoid the block;

2.1 In the heating mode, there is no wind just after starting up?

Because before sending hot air, the anti-cold air device needs to use the evaporator temperature detection circuit to detect the temperature of the evaporator in order to prevent the air conditioner from blowing cold air. When the temperature is low, the indoor fan is prohibited from blowing cold air. Only after the temperature rises can the hot air be blown.

2.2 Feedback from customers that there is no refrigeration, so we need to arrange for the master to come to overhaul

A. First rule out whether it is not cold enough or natural wind. If it is natural wind, it means that there is no refrigerant and there is no point of visiting. It is only recommended to replace the machine and not arrange for the master to come to the door.

B. There are many kinds of problems caused by non-refrigeration, such as setting problems, electric control problems, etc., which can be solved on-site, and we will arrange them. We will not arrange such things as charging refrigerant, and the back of the machine is also returned to the factory for maintenance. (The lack of condensing agent is not covered by the warranty)

C. The reason for no cooling is to first rule out whether the compressor is not started. Now the weather is hot and some places consume a lot of electricity, which makes the compressor unable to run and not cool; Yes, if the pipeline leaks refrigerant, it will be useless after refilling, and it will still not be cooled later, and in the end it can only be returned to the factory for repair.

D. No refrigeration is a system problem, that is, there is no refrigerant and a burst tube is a major repair. (Overhaul is not covered by the warranty)
